About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive and scale our Merchant Credit B2C business. This role will own merchant acquisition, credit portfolio growth, product collaboration, and overall profitability while maintaining high credit quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C vertical across geographies
- Develop and execute credit strategies, risk frameworks & portfolio practices
- Drive merchant onboarding, credit disbursal, and end-to-end customer lifecycle
- Work closely with Product, Risk, Tech & Operations to build scalable solutions
- Track portfolio metrics including growth, delinquency & retention
- Build, mentor, and manage sales & credit operations teams
- Engage with leadership and external partners to enhance offerings

Salary : Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
