Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation for US and Canadian entities
• Manage preparation of transfer pricing reports, local files, and master files in line with IRS and CRA requirements
• Support planning, implementation, and defence of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions
• Coordinate with North American stakeholders and global teams on transfer pricing matters, audits, and inquiries
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with evolving transfer pricing rules
• Provide technical guidance and training to the GCC tax team
• Drive process improvements and best practices in transfer pricing workflow
