What You’ll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and expectations
- Source, screen, and shortlist top technical talent
- Build a strong candidate pipeline via , Naukri, Cutshort etc.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
- Engage with agencies and tech communities to build the trust in talent network
What You Bring :
Bachelors Degree in human resources field required.4+ years in technical recruitment (IT / software roles)Understanding of software development roles & skillsStrong communication & relationship-building skillsKnowledge of HR processes and employment lawsProficiency in modern hiring tools ( Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)Why Sarvaha?
