About Gymclass

Gymclass provides offline at-home personal training in Delhi.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding fitness trainers and gyms onto Gymclass, building partnerships with fitness academies, and driving offline lead generation through field and BTL activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with fitness trainers and onboard them onto the Gymclass platform.
  • Partner with fitness training academies to recruit trainers.
  • Build relationships with gyms and fitness centers and onboard them to Gymclass.
  • Execute BTL marketing activities (offline promotions, events, campaigns) to generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the fitness ecosystem.
  • Maintain records of leads, onboarding progress, and outreach in CRM / Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork in Delhi NCR.
  • Passionate about fitness and health.
  • Ability to manage conversations with trainers, gyms, and academies confidently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with basic knowledge of CRM tools / Google Sheets.
  • Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.

  • Stipend of ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
