Job Description

Responsibilities

• Test the ETL Talend / MDM jobs as per business requirements .
• Provide production and on-call support for Talend and MDM application.
• Perform analysis and resolution for DEV / SIT / UAT / PRD application / server / system issues.
• Create and update production support documents.
• Acknowledge and provide resolution to open and on-going issues / tickets.
• Responsible for timely escalation of ticket to appropriate level;
• Works with internal business and technology staff to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, and database models.
• Integrates TALEND / ETL and MDM development with existing codebase to maximize object reuse
• Supports innovative and optimal data solutions
