📍 Full-Time | Hybrid (Min 3 days / week in-office, Bengaluru)

Are you a doctor, senior nurse, or clinical educator who loves to teach, create, and connect ideas? Join XploR Medica (by BizConnect) where we’re building the future of healthcare education through immersive 3D and VR simulations.

This isn’t just about advising, it’s about creating .

You’ll design and write clinically accurate content for our simulation library, turning real-world medical and nursing scenarios into interactive digital learning experiences.

But that’s only half the story.

You’ll also collaborate with leading institutions like IISc, AIIMS, NIMHANS, and divisions of Medical Informatics, exploring how simulation and digital learning can transform clinical education.

Beyond academia, you’ll engage with medical publishers, associations, and journals to align our modules with the evolving needs of healthcare education, ensuring every product we create has academic credibility and strong market fit.
