Senior SAP Ariba Consultant (Guided Sourcing)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant (Guided Sourcing) to lead and deliver strategic sourcing solutions using SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing capabilities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and IT to design, implement, and optimize Ariba sourcing processes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing modules.
• Analyze current procurement processes and define business requirements for sourcing transformation initiatives.
• Configure and integrate Ariba Sourcing , Guided Sourcing , and Ariba Procurement modules with SAP ECC / S4HANA .
• Work on template management , event configuration , and workflow setup within Guided Sourcing.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for Ariba-to-ERP integration using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) .
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops , create functional design documents (FDDs) , and support UAT .
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to end-users.
• Stay updated with SAP Ariba releases, Guided Sourcing updates, and recommend best practices for adoption.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of Ariba sourcing processes.
