Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced

Tableau Developer with WebFOCUS expertise

to join our data and analytics team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions, creating data visualizations, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights. This role requires a strong background in

data modeling, SQL, Tableau, and WebFOCUS , along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain

interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations

using Tableau and WebFOCUS.

Collaborate with business users to

gather requirements

and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Perform

data modeling, ETL analysis, and SQL-based data transformations

to support reporting needs.

Optimize queries, reports, and dashboards for performance and usability.

Integrate Tableau with various data sources (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.) and manage data connections.

Develop and maintain

WebFOCUS-based reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions .

Conduct

data validation and quality checks

to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with data-driven insights.

Provide

end-user training and documentation

for BI tools and dashboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in BI / Analytics development with a strong focus on

Tableau .

Hands-on experience with WebFOCUS

reporting and dashboard development (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of

SQL

(PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).

Experience in

data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes .

Expertise in

data visualization best practices

to deliver intuitive and impactful dashboards.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, or Azure SQL).

Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
