Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per brand goals.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales through client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Track KPIs including conversion rate, ATV (average transaction value), and UPT (units per transaction).
- Support Store Manager in analyzing sales reports and strategizing action plans for improvement.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Deliver a world-class client experience aligned with luxury retail standards.Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients.Manage clienteling activities — follow-ups, appointments, and personalized recommendations.Handle client escalations with professionalism and poise.Team Management
Motivate, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.Assist in training staff on brand storytelling, product knowledge, and service excellence.Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to brand protocols within the team.Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.Maintain high standards of store hygiene, display, and ambience in line with brand guidelines.Coordinate with HO teams for stock replenishment, VM updates, and operational requirements.Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
Work closely with the VM team to ensure displays reflect brand aesthetics.Ensure timely implementation of new collections, campaigns, and in-store experiences.Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and share daily / weekly MIS and performance reports.Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and CRM teams for seamless operations.
