About Back to Village (B2V)

Back to Village (B2V) is a holistic initiative founded in 2016, committed to revitalizing rural communities through sustainable practices. B2V focuses on Climate Smart Farming, Livelihood, Rural Development, empowering farmers with innovative techniques and enhancing livelihood opportunities through community-driven initiatives.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assist the Founder in his day-to-day activities.

📍 Location : Ranchi

💼 Salary : Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Calendar & Communications Management : Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison. Proactively manage a complex schedule, coordinate high-priority meetings, screen calls / emails, and draft / proof executive correspondence.
• Travel & Logistics : End-to-end management of and logistics, preparing detailed itineraries and managing related expenses / compliance
• Information & Project Support : Prepare, compile, and summarise confidential reports, presentations (e.g., for Board / Donor meetings), and meeting minutes. Track and follow up on key action items and strategic projects on behalf of the Founder.
• Office & Stakeholder Liaison : Maintain the smooth operation of the Founder's Office. Act as a professional, discreet point of contact for staff, Board Members, government officials, and key institutional donors / partners.
