Experience : 6 months – 2 years | Shift : Night Shift (US)

Job Summary :

Seeking a motivated AR Associate with experience in US healthcare RCM. The role involves insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and improving collections on medical claims.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up on unpaid / denied claims with insurance companies

Analyze and resolve denials

Work on aging reports and meet collection targets

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA

Requirements :

6 months – 2 years in AR (Denial Management)

Strong communication & analytical skills

Knowledge of RCM tools and processes

Willingness to work night shifts

Qualification :

• HSC or Graduate preferred
