Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead

who can take ownership of backend architecture and lead our in-house web development & UI / UX team.

What You’ll Build

Architect, develop, and maintain

RESTful & GraphQL APIs

for web and mobile applications.

Build scalable backend systems using

Node.js, Python, or Java , working with

MongoDB & PostgreSQL .

Design optimized database schemas, queries, and indexing for speed and performance.

Containerize and orchestrate services using

Docker

and multi-container environments.

Set up and manage

CI / CD pipelines

with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI / CD.

Lead and oversee deployments on

AWS (ECS, ECR, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) .

Implement and maintain

Infrastructure as Code

using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Work closely with frontend, design, creative, and product teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

Uphold best practices in code quality, performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.

Mentor junior engineers, guide designers on feasibility, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
