IT Support Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
• Document and track support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E)
