Role : Channel Sales Manager (B2B - Edtech)

Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh

TeamLease EdTech (formerly known as Schoolguru Eduserve) is Indias leading learning solutions company providing comprehensive services across Universities and Corporates. The company has an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states and offers training for 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages. TeamLease EdTech also works with 500 corporates in their upskilling / skilling initiatives and manages over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs.

Job Role

  • Identify and onboard channel partners for Online UG / PG courses.
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the University team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote thecompany

Requirements and skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
  • Must be ready to travel about 10 days outside base location.
  • Tech-savvy, ability to work on ERP, CRM tools, Mobile Apps mandatory
