Job description

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategy, P&L, business growth, and distribution for the insurance vertical.
Build and manage partnerships with insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem players.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale innovative insurance products.
Monitor portfolio performance, claims processes, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless insurance journeys.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / CA or equivalent with 6–10 years’ experience in insurance, fintech, or banking.

Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulations.

Proven track record of scaling insurance solutions and managing P&L.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Exposure to digital-first / fintech environments preferred.
