Position Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our remote marketing team. This role will work directly under the Head of Marketing to implement and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and ready to support our marketing initiatives with compelling social content.

Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule daily social media content under the guidance of the Marketing Head
Implement approved social media campaigns across , Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
Monitor comments and messages, responding according to company guidelines
Collect and organize user testimonials and success stories for social sharing
Assist in tracking social media metrics and preparing reports for the marketing team
Support webinar and event promotion through social channels
Help repurpose existing content into social media-friendly formats
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or management

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, etc.)

Basic understanding of social media analytics

Ability to work independently while following established guidelines

Experience with Canva or similar design tools

Reliable internet connection and home office setup
