About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager – Sales to join our growing team. This role is crucial in leading sales initiatives, crafting sales strategies, and building long-term client relationships in the B2B / B2C services space. The major focus will be Middle East, USA & India Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and business plans to drive revenue growth.

Identify and engage with potential clients in industries requiring compliance, cybersecurity, and GRC services.

Build and manage strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.

Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.

Requirements

2- 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Cybersecurity, Compliance, GRC, or Consultancy services.

Understanding of industry regulations, frameworks (like ISO, SOC2, GDPR, etc.), and certification processes.

Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer success.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Existing network in industries like BFSI, Healthcare, IT / ITES, or Manufacturing.

Certifications in sales / marketing or cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CISM, etc.)
