Academic Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach.
• Responsible for making calls and counselling students / parents about abroad education.
• Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
• Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.
• Should be able to work with team to meet Daily / Weekly / Monthly based targets.

Key Skills :

Should have prior experience in MBBS / medical counselling

Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines.

Basic knowledge of computers is a must.

Should have a good command on languages - Telugu and English ( Hindi Or any other language will be added advantage to the profile)
