AI / ML Engineer

Summary :

As an “ AI / ML Innovation Engineer ” at Ashley Furniture, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and implement AI, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions to drive impactful business outcomes. You will contribute to the entire AI / ML project lifecycle, including researching advanced techniques, developing and optimizing models, prototyping innovative features, and supporting production deployments. This role requires hands-on skills in building, testing, and deploying AI / ML solutions using Python and related tools. A strong understanding of AI applications, enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI solutions are essential. You will play a critical role in embedding AI-driven innovation across the organization.

What You'll Work On :

End-to-end development of AI / ML models

Real-time object detection with YOLO & DeepSORT

Advanced image processing using OpenCV & DETR

GenAI solutions with LLMs, diffusion models & RAG

Responsible AI practices : safety, bias, privacy

Scalable pipelines, APIs, and backend integration

Performance monitoring, CI / CD, and optimization

Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and A / B testing

Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models

Advanced Python & SQL for data pipelines and analytics

Hands-on experience with YOLO, DETR, DeepStream, OpenCV, and Spark

ML engineering with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

GenAI development : LLMs, RAG, vector search, orchestration frameworks

Scalable deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms

Experience building agentic workflows and autonomous AI systems

Location : Chennai & Bangalore (5 Days work from office)

Experience : 1-4 Years

Skills : Python, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI, OpenCV, YOLO, DeepSORT, DETR, CI / CD
