About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our dental products sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct-to-dentist sales a proven track record of meeting targets and the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals and partners.
This role involves strategic sales planning team leadership and market expansion to drive revenue growth in multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and national targets.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to drive performance and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists clinics and key accounts .
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels .
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
Provide training and support to dealer sales teams for product knowledge and selling techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations and sales initiatives.

Education : Bachelors degree in Dental Science (BDS) or BSc Chemistry ; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Proven sales experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Required Skills :
Required Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field. Experience : 13 years in Customer Service Sales or Account Management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word). Core Skills Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong customer-centric approach and relationship management abilities.
