FluidCloud - Visual Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

About the Role :

Were looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our design team and lead user experience and interface design across our web presence and marketing assets.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams product, marketing, and engineering to create seamless, user-centric web experiences that reflect our brand, drive engagement, and convert visitors into users or Responsibilities :

• Support the marketing team by creating impactful designs for various channels, including the website, marketing campaign materials, microsites, social media assets, and marketing emails.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and After Effects).
• Ensure UX consistency across all digital touchpoints, including email, social, and paid media creatives.
• Expanding the Brand : Enhancing our efforts with our design system by creating more scalable and consistent assets that function across all touchpoints.
• Analyze website performance (heatmaps, GA, A / B tests) to identify UX improvements.
• Ensure all visual assets adhere to FluidClouds brand guidelines while pushing creative :
• Bachelors Degree in Art / Design or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience designing in a digital creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
• A standout portfolio demonstrating sophisticated web design projects, thoughtful art direction, impactful illustrations, and elegant marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (nice to have), or similar tools.
• Experience designing compelling websites and marketing assets that adhere to accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate concepts, ideas, and creative decisions to Points For :

• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Ability to write or improve microcopy and UI text.
• Experience in Product Design
