About Us

We are developing enterprise-grade Digital Twin solutions that merge real-world data with immersive, photorealistic 3D environments. Our projects span across building visualization, smart cities, and architectural digital twins—designed to drive smarter decisions and engaging user experiences.

We’re looking for a Senior Unreal Environment & 3D Artist who can craft cutting-edge virtual environments while collaborating with architects, engineers, and developers to bring digital twins to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Environment Creation : Build and optimize large-scale, photorealistic environments (buildings, cities, interiors) in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred).
  • 3D Asset Development : Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets (architecture, props, foliage, lighting, materials).
  • Digital Twin Integration : Import and integrate CAD / BIM / Revit and IoT data into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Performance Optimization : Ensure assets and scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks (draw calls, LODs, shaders, lighting).
  • Art Direction & Mentorship : Set visual standards, provide feedback, and mentor junior artists.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical specs into compelling visualizations.
  • Pipeline Management : Define and improve workflows for CAD / BIM data import into Unreal.
  • Quality Assurance : Maintain accuracy and fidelity in alignment with architectural drawings and design intent.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  • Experience : 4+ years in 3D art / environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization / digital twins).
  • Core Expertise :
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4 / UE5) for environment creation.
  • Strong 3D modeling & texturing (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush).
  • Proven ability to import / optimize CAD / BIM / Revit files.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation (PBR workflows).
  • Strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition.
  • Deep knowledge of UV mapping, baking, LODs, optimization.
  • Technical Skills :
  • LOD generation & asset optimization for real-time rendering.
  • Familiarity with Blueprints (basic interactivity).
  • VR / AR / MR workflows (plus).
  • Knowledge of GIS, IoT, or real-time data integration within Unreal (preferred).
