We're looking for a Senior Manager / Engineering Manager (.NET) to join our team and drive large-scale, high-performing software initiatives.

Experience - 14-19 years

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET projects in a SAFe Agile environment
• 4+ years in software development management with strong expertise in .NET and related frameworks
• Mentor and manage teams across development, QA, and support
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define roadmaps
• Drive technical talent acquisition, retention, and career growth
• Oversee project planning, estimation, dependencies, and risk management
• Ensure applications meet high standards of scalability, resilience, security, and performance
• Evaluate new technologies and delivery practices to keep pace with business needs
• Prepare and present technical updates, status reports, and budget inputs
