Aisera Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Aisera Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using the Aisera platform. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, enhance customer experience, and integrate Aisera with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI-powered virtual assistants and chatbots using AiseraGPT and AI Workflow Studio.
• Design and implement low-code / no-code automation workflows tailored to enterprise use cases.
• Integrate Aisera with backend systems such as SAP, CRM, HRMS, and custom APIs.
• Lead bot orchestration, NLP model training, and configuration of Day0 / Day1 experiences.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Aisera training and certification programs to stay updated with platform capabilities.
