Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct channels.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide excellent post-sales service by handling client queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Candidate Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services; experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present products clearly and address client queries.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-Motivation : Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
  • Ethical Conduct : Demonstrates integrity and professionalism, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Product Knowledge : Familiarity with life insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk assessment.
  • Computer Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
