We’re expanding our team and looking for an energetic, people-focused HR Executive to help strengthen our culture, processes, and growing talent pool.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, , referrals, and internal networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Plan and execute seamless onboarding and orientation of new employees.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly HR reports.Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.Help strengthen Story Digital’s work culture and internal communication.Support in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee well-being.Performance & Policy
Assist in performance review cycles and feedback processes.Ensure adherence to company policies and suggest improvements where needed.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1– 2 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (agency background preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Basic understanding of HR tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
