Key Responsibilities :
Consultation & Client Care
- Conduct detailed skin and aesthetic consultations, assessing client needs, goals, and concerns.
- Develop customized treatment plans that align with clinic protocols and client expectations.
- Explain procedures, expected results, and pre / post-care instructions clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat engagement.
Sales & Conversion
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective consultation techniques.Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products suited to each client.Educate clients about advanced aesthetic services and treatment benefits to build trust.Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement client retention and referral programs.Clinic Operations & Professionalism
Support doctors and senior aestheticians during procedures when required.Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality.Stay updated with the latest skincare technologies, devices, and cosmeceutical brands.Represent the clinic at promotional events, webinars, or social media campaigns if needed.Qualifications & Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology Assistance.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a premium aesthetic or dermatology clinic.Proven sales or consultation background with measurable targets achieved.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Professional appearance, client empathy, and service-oriented mindset.Knowledge of functional skincare, anti-ageing, and laser-based treatments preferred.Skills Required
