Experience Required : 8–10 Years (including 3–7 Years in Team Handling)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager with proven expertise in the education sector and strong leadership capabilities. The role involves leading a team of Education Counsellors and Team Leaders, ensuring SOP compliance, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Education Counsellors.

Drive sales closures and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs while maintaining excellent service quality.

Monitor and analyze team performance through daily and weekly reports.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships with timely solutions and support.

Leverage CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.

Explore new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and initiatives.

Stay updated with company offerings to provide customized solutions to clients.

Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture within the team.
