Daikin is looking for an Junior Business Analyst to join our team! The Jr. BA will support the growing Salesforce Business Analyst team and will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity. These may include partnering with our 3rd party distributors, internal Salesforce users, and Field Service Offices to enhance and improve our business. What you will do :

• Provide support for day-to-day activities with Salesforce regarding new account inputs, troubleshooting and managing / avoiding duplications, creation and maintenance of reports and dashboard and several other Salesforce related tasks
• Management of Partner data between multiple departments and systems
• Maintain awareness of business process and technology solution best practices within a specific business segment
• Analyze data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, trend changes, and opportunities
• Assist with completion of special projects as requested by various internal departments
• Engage business customers through business processes, including collection and analysis of data to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Responsible for documenting project business requirements and can adequately communicate requirements to business side personnel, IT software developers and management
