Role Title : State Sales Representative - Hospital Consumables & Accessories (HCA)
Purpose of Function :
To drive sales and ensure effective promotion, demand generation, and fulfillment of Dräger's Hospital Consumables & Accessories (HCA) portfolio in the state of Kerala. This role will focus on maximizing revenue from the installed base, expanding coverage in key accounts, and supporting SCPs (Sales Channel Partners) to deliver performance, ensuring consistent customer engagement and alignment with Dräger's business strategy.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
An MBA in Marketing / Sales is desirable but not mandatory.
Related Experience
5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare consumables sales.
Exposure to channel management and working in a hybrid direct / indirect sales model.
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications :
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of hospital buying processes.
Relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics) for opportunity and lead management.
Self-driven, structured, and capable of operating independently.
Ability to travel extensively within Kerala.
