Engineering Executive

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Engineering Executive to join our dynamic team in Kochi India. As the Engineering Executive you will play a crucial role in leading our engineering department overseeing maintenance programs and driving innovation in our operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department aligning with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs for various systems including air-conditioning electrical refrigeration and building maintenance
• Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization
• Analyze and optimize engineering processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for engineering projects and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve engineering operations and sustainability
• Prepare and present reports on department performance project status and key metrics to senior management
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable practices within the organization
