Job description5–8+ years in US IT recruitment across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi. Solid understanding of US tax / visa frameworks; familiarity with VMS / MSP environments. Expert Boolean / X-ray searching and outbound strategies; strong storytelling in outreach efforts. Enterprise client base, high-impact desks, incentives for performance, and clear growth paths.
About the Position
We are expanding our Technical Recruitment Team. As a Lead Recruiter, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Data, Cloud, and Integration.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague job descriptions into clear requirements through sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM teams.
- Built candidate pipelines via referrals, communities, meetups, and JobDiva / Recruiter platforms.
- Screen candidates for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation and close deals.
- Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
- Mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
