Reports to : Management

Primary Role : Direct and manage all technical operations to ensure smooth academic delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the IT team (LMS, ERP, assessment, support).
• Plan and oversee implementation of new technology solutions.
• Ensure exam platforms are reliable, secure, and student-friendly.
• Coordinate with Academic Head to align IT systems with academic needs.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues during exams and resolve within timelines.
• Manage vendor relations (if external tools are used).
• Regularly upgrade systems to adopt new technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and faculty on technical tools.
