InfinivisGlobal is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join us on a Permanent basis. If you have experience in IT staffing sales, onboarding new clients, and building strong B2B relationships — we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services and staffing space
Generate leads through outbound strategies — LinkedIn, email, ZoomInfo, Apollo
Pitch Infinivis Global’s staffing solutions and close new business
Handle complete client onboarding — from first call to agreement
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in business development / sales in IT staffing
Proven success in client acquisition and handling the end-to-end sales cycle
Strong understanding of technical hiring, staff augmentation, and recruitment workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apo-llo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
