Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, for the role of Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will oversee overall operational effectiveness, strategic planning, and process optimization, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading teams, enhancing operational workflows, and collaborating with different departments to align with organizational goals. Developing and implementing operational procedures and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Operations Management and process optimization
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and use data effectively to inform decisions
• Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving organizational goals
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate across various departments and stakeholders
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight
• Prior experience in senior operational or management roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industries such as digital platforms, hospitality, eco-living or education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
