• Lead end-to-end technical solutions across diverse technology stacks, driving innovation and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert, making strategic decisions that ensure scalable, robust, and future-proof systems architecture.
• Drive innovation initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating emerging technologies like AI / ML, cloud-native, and microservices into solutions.
• Provide thought leadership through knowledge sharing, contributing to industry events, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Lead architecture design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Establish best practices in design patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Make strategic recommendations on platform modernization, technical debt, and technology migrations.
• Work closely with product, design, and business teams to transform requirements into highly scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of technical initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage critical production issues, offering quick, strategic solutions that mitigate risks and impact.
• Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization, providing regular feedback and guidance to junior engineers and peers.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Promote DevOps practices, ensuring efficient CI / CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code principles are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate technical strategies, progress, and challenges.
