Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OT (Operating Theatre) Technician at Laimaa Fertility, located in New Delhi. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and sterilizing surgical equipment, assisting the medical team during procedures, maintaining OT hygiene standards, and ensuring the seamless operation of surgical activities. The role also includes managing inventory for OT supplies and maintaining detailed records of procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and surgical procedures
• Experience in handling and maintaining surgical equipment
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain accurate procedural records
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the medical and nursing teams
• Basic knowledge of healthcare safety standards and infection control measures
• Professional certification or diploma in OT technology or a related field
• Prior experience in a fertility center or similar healthcare environment is advantageous
