Job Opening : Senior Unity Developer – 3D Avatar & Mobile Optimization

Remote (India preferred)

CompetitiveIA is looking for a Senior Unity Expert specialized in 3D Avatar animation , mobile optimization , and real-time facial / lip-sync systems .

You will play a key role in building our next-generation mobile avatar engine .

Required Profile

Strong expertise in :

Unity (URP / HDRP pipelines)
Mobile optimization (Android / iOS)
3D animation & blendshapes
Avatar animation (facial & full-body)
Real-time lip-sync
GLB / GLTF workflow
Unity ↔ Mobile bridging
Performance profiling & debugging

Experience with React Native or Unity bridges such as @azesmway / react-native-unity is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Import, configure, and optimize 3D GLB models (materials, lighting, rigging, animations).

Implement real-time lip-sync and advanced facial animations.

Manage and refine all 3D avatar animation systems (expressions, transitions, dynamic behaviors).

Build and optimize the Unity library for Android / iOS integration.

Ensure reliable bi-directional communication Unity ↔ React Native.

Guarantee smooth, stable performance on mobile devices (FPS, memory, rendering).

Work closely with the AI team (lip-sync data, dynamic animation) and the React Native team.
