About the Role :
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment and able to commute easily to our CBD Belapur office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels.
- Support the sales team in outreach via emails, calls, and social media .
- Pitch and sell digital marketing and communication services (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, IVR / OBD, Social Media, and Performance Marketing).
- Help maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accurate client and lead information.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals .
- Draft follow-up communications and ensure timely client engagement.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Provide administrative and reporting support as needed.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or telecom services).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .Self-motivated, detail-oriented , and eager to learn new tools and sales strategies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team .Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.Comfortable commuting daily to CBD Belapur, Sector 15 .Perks & Benefits :
