Who is our culture fit?

We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Funnel Builder to design, implement, and optimize high-converting sales funnels that drive traffic,. This role requires a blend of design sensibility, and technical expertise in funnel-building platforms.

Your daily routines :

  • Plan, design, and build marketing funnels (lead generation, sales, webinar, product launch, etc.) using platforms like ClickFunnels, swipe pages, GoHighLevel,or WordPress / Elementor.
  • Integrate funnels with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier).
  • Create and test landing pages, lead magnets, collaborate with marketing and content teams to map customer journeys and align funnels with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • opt-in forms, checkout pages, and thank-you pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-focused funnel pages following UX / UI best practices.
  • A / B test headlines, creatives, and offers to identify high-performing variations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad managers to ensure a cohesive funnel experience.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance funnel efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in funnel building and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, email automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, user journey mapping, and conversion psychology.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
