Job Description
Generate business leads for the company.
Monitor daily team activities and assigned tasks.
Coordinate with the Traffic team for smooth operations.
Track vehicle movements and ensure timely updates.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Coordinate with customers for requirements and follow-ups.
Conduct weekly branch meetings to review performance, issues, and pending work.
Participate in auctions and bidding processes.
Manage business-related software and reporting systems.
Execute branding and promotional activities to enhance company visibility.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience : 3–6 years in Business Development, Sales Coordination, or Operations.
Skills :
Lead generation and customer management.
Vendor registration and tender handling.
Branding and promotional strategy execution.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation.
Ability to monitor and train team members.
Proficiency in using business reporting and tracking tools.
