We’re now looking for an International Real Estate Salesperson to manage and qualify our inbound leads from social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and support our growing client base and realtor team.
Working Hours - 11 AM to 8 PM EST Timezone
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inbound leads from social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Follow up with all leads via messages, calls, or emails to understand their property needs.
- Add qualified leads to the CRM with complete information name, contact details, property interest (commercial, resale, or pre-construction), and relevant notes.
- Call leads for qualification and schedule appointments with the realtor when appropriate.
- Manage and update the CRM database regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate email blasts and marketing campaigns for new projects and listings.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate sales, Lead Coordinator, or CRM Specialist (real estate industry preferred).Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Gohighlevel, Salesforce, or similar).Understanding of email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing workflows .Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls to leads.Proficient with Adobe PDF Editor, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite .Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.Why Join Us
