Role Description

This is a

full-time on-site Management Intern

role located in

Bhiwandi

for Peppermint Communications. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in various day-to-day tasks related to advertising, branding, events, promotions, publishing, and corporate films. They will work closely with management experts and brand consultants to gain hands-on experience in the communication industry.

Training Period : 4-6 Months

Salary (Training Period) :

Rs.12,000 to 15,000 (Depending on Skills & Role)

Salary (Post Training Period) :

Rs.18,000 to 20,000

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Basic knowledge of advertising and branding concepts

Interest in learning about events, promotions, publishing, and corporate films

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
