Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution / Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and oversight of enterprise-scale systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native architectures, Microservices, and Generative AI (GenAI / Agentic AI) , coupled with experience in Healthcare IT services or product engineering . This role involves collaborating with delivery leaders , mentoring technical teams, and providing enterprise-level architecture oversight across multiple engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and development of systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Define end-to-end architecture including software, hardware, and cloud components to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools , considering industry trends and best practices.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Create comprehensive architecture documentation with clear design rationale and implementation guidance.
• Oversee code quality, system performance, scalability, and maintainability .
• Integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI / Agentic AI and cloud innovations into solutions.
• Mentor and guide technical leads and developers to foster a culture of architectural excellence.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and delivery leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Act as an Individual Contributor at the vertical level , providing enterprise architecture oversight across multiple projects.
