Responsibilities

• Relationship management :  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Sales generation :  Drive sales of life insurance products through the bank's channel.
• Lead management :  Handle leads and walk-in customers provided by the partner bank.
• Team management :  Supervise, manage, and coach a team of sales employees (often called Insurance Managers or similar).
• Business development :  Strategize and execute plans to expand the life insurance business within the banking network.
• Training and support :  Provide product training and ongoing support to bank personnel to help them cross-sell insurance products.
• Performance monitoring :  Track sales performance, analyze results, and report on key metrics.
