Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Define, execute, and manage lead generation programs to meet conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with brands / clients to identify growth opportunities.
Engage CXOs and marketing leaders via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Conduct regular online / offline meetings with prospective clients to pitch influencer marketing services.
Maintain and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and qualified opportunities.
Manage time effectively to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Prepare reports on outreach, campaign progress, and conversion insights.
Work with internal teams to create compelling client presentations and proposals.
Create persuasive sales pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in digital / influencer sales, Bengali proficiency, strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
