Key Responsibilities :
- Support government departments in strengthening public financial management systems.
- Assist in budget preparation, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and debt sustainability assessments.
- Design and implement reforms in taxation, municipal finance, and revenue systems.
- Develop and manage dashboards, MIS reports, and data analytics for financial decision-making.
- Prepare RFPs, policy documents, and technical reports for government clients.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments for project implementation and capacity building.
- Lead or support digital transformation initiatives in finance (e.g., Oracle Financials, HRMS, Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Public Policy, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferred : CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), PGDM, M.A. (Economics), B.E. / B.Tech., MCA, M.Stat., M.Com.
Certifications (Preferred) :
PMP / Prince2 (for Project Managers)Data Analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Power BI, etc.)Oracle Financials / HRMS (for functional consultants)Experience Requirements :
Experience Level : 6 to 15 years
Preferred Experience :
Working with Central / State Government departments, PSUs, or international development agencies.Exposure to GST, Indirect Taxation, Municipal Revenue, or Budget Reforms.Experience in IT / ICT transformation projects in the public finance domain.Familiarity with government financial regulations, fund accounting, and compliance.Soft Skills :
