Experience Required : 10–12 years in teaching, with 3–5 years in an administrative role

Key Responsibilities :
Academic Leadership
- Drive the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum- Supervise and enhance teaching methodologies to maintain high academic standards- Promote continuous learning and organize professional development programs for teachers- Encourage co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic student development
Administrative Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school- Develop and review school policies in line with CBSE guidelines- Manage student admissions and ensure regulatory compliance- Maintain school infrastructure and ensure a safe learning environment- Prepare and manage the school budget efficientlyStaff Management
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of faculty and staff- Conduct performance appraisals and organize professional development sessions- Foster a positive work culture that promotes staff motivation and retentionStudent Welfare
Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students- Address student concerns and promote health, wellness, and career guidance programsStakeholder Engagement
Liaise with the School Management Committee, parents, and external stakeholders- Represent the school at education conferences and community eventsQualifications :
Educational Qualifications :
Ph.D. & Master’s Degree (preferably in Education, English, or a related field)- B.Ed. or equivalent qualification- Additional qualifications in educational leadership or administration will be a plusExperience :
10–12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in an administrative role (Vice Principal / Principal)- Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines and school management practicesWhy Join?
