Lead ML Platforms Engineer

PayPal's Credit Risk Organization is seeking an experienced AI Specialist and Senior Developer, to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to automate credit rule authoring and help building simulation platform for credit strategies. The role utilizes strong technical and analytical skills to understand the business processes and translate them into technical flows for implementation in BRMS. You will work closely with product managers, developers, rule authors and automation engineers to innovate and deliver automation across credit products.

Job Description :

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement AI models for automating credit rule authoring.
• Collaborate cross functionally with credit strategists & product managers to integrate AI and ML models into credit lending decision-making
• Develop high-impact, scalable technical solutions to complex technical and business problems.
• Collaborate with automation team to automate end to end of credit rule authoring and testing
• Will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust automated monitoring platform.
• Manage the BRMS of various credit platforms, including architecture, design, development, UAT, and release cycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
