Description

We are seeking a Senior OTM Functional Test Consultant professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the global design, implementation, and product support team for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and provide valuable support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business processes / requirements and analyze their feasibility with respect to OTM features and functionalities
  • Prepare project scope, business requirement blueprint, and various functional specification documents
  • Configure and demonstrate critical end-to-end business scenarios as part of Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions
  • Assist the technical team in translating functional specifications into design specifications
  • Prepare functional test cases and scenario documents
  • Conduct end-to-end functional and integration testing of various application modules and custom designed components
  • Train end users on application functionality / features and assist them during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
  • Provide Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving any business issues
  • Analyze feasibility and impact of various Enhancements / Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent
  • 6-9 years of overall experience, with at least 2-3 OTM implementation / rollout and support experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in OTM design and configuration, including agent workflow, rate configuration, itinerary, lanes, and master data setup
  • Basic understanding and experience implementing OTM functionality in areas such as Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and report development
  • Willingness to work on-call support model
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of clients organizations
  • B2+ English level proficiency

  • Knowledge of Global Trade Management, Sourcing, and Fusion Transportation Intelligence
